Service Agreement
Client Responsibilities
At House of Form, we ensure clarity in our service agreement with clients, detailing the scope of work, payment structures, and project timelines. This agreement is intended to protect the interests of both parties while facilitating a smooth workflow. Clients are encouraged to review this agreement thoroughly before commencing work. Any amendments to the agreement should be made in writing to ensure that all parties are aligned to expectations and responsibilities throughout the design process.
Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property rights of any designs and branding crafted by House of Form remain with the studio until full payment is received from the client. Upon completed payment, ownership will transfer to the client as per the terms defined in the contract. We value creativity and acknowledge that our work is a collaborative effort; therefore, we respectfully request that clients do not use any designs or elements until the ownership transfer is finalized. This ensures both parties respect the creative process and maintain the integrity of all original concepts developed for the project.
Limitation of Liability
House of Form shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services rendered. This includes outcomes that may not meet specific expectations or assumptions made by the client. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality designs and services, but we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that could impact the project's success or delivery timeline.
